  3. 3. Cut the apple into quarters.
  4. 4. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  5. 5. Dice the apple into small cubes.
  6. 6. Place the apple cubes into a bowl.
  7. 7. Mix the apple cubes with the lemon juice.
  8. 8. Add cinnamon, sugar, raisins, cognac, and white wine to the bowl.
  9. 9. Cover the bowl.
  10. 10. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  11. 11. Wash the remaining apple before decorating.
  12. 12. Remove the apple skin in spirals using a peeler.
  13. 13. Adjust the sweetness of the apple cognac mixture with extra sugar if needed.
  14. 14. Pour the apple cognac mixture into a punch bowl.
  15. 15. Top up the drink with chilled prosecco.
