🥤 Warm Apple Cognac Punch

Ingredients
- Lemons 1 pc
- Apples, red 2 pc
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 50 g
- Raisins 20 g
- Cognac 100 ml
- Dry white wine 500 ml
- Prosecco 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. Peel an apple.
- 3. Cut the apple into quarters.
- 4. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 5. Dice the apple into small cubes.
- 6. Place the apple cubes into a bowl.
- 7. Mix the apple cubes with the lemon juice.
- 8. Add cinnamon, sugar, raisins, cognac, and white wine to the bowl.
- 9. Cover the bowl.
- 10. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 11. Wash the remaining apple before decorating.
- 12. Remove the apple skin in spirals using a peeler.
- 13. Adjust the sweetness of the apple cognac mixture with extra sugar if needed.
- 14. Pour the apple cognac mixture into a punch bowl.
- 15. Top up the drink with chilled prosecco.
- 16. Decorate the drink with the apple spirals.
