🍰 Autumn Baked Apple Fun with Vegan Cream

Ingredients
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- sugar 4 tbsp.
- cinnamon pinch
- water 50 ml
- raisins 30 g
- soy yogurt 100 g
- vegan fresh spread, plain 100 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tbsp.
- speculoos 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the cores and cut the apples into small cubes.
- 3. Heat two tablespoons of sugar in a pot over medium heat.
- 4. Let the sugar melt for about two minutes.
- 5. Add the apple cubes and cinnamon to the pot.
- 6. Mix the ingredients well with the melted sugar.
- 7. Deglaze the mixture with fifty milliliters of water.
- 8. Let the compote simmer for about three minutes.
- 9. Gently fold the raisins into the warm compote.
- 10. Take a bowl and fill it with soy yogurt.
- 11. Add the vegan spread in the natural variety.
- 12. Add a packet of vanilla sugar and two tablespoons of sugar.
- 13. Stir the mixture until smooth with no lumps remaining.
- 14. Crush the speculoos cookies roughly.
- 15. Distribute the apple compote evenly among your glasses.
- 16. Add one tablespoon of the soy yogurt cream on top of the compote.
- 17. Sprinkle the crushed speculoos cookies over the top.
- 18. Finally, add another tablespoon of soy yogurt cream into each glass.
- 19. Dust the dessert with cinnamon at the end.
