🍰 Baked Apple Tiramisu with Cantuccini

Ingredients
- Apples, red 3 pcs
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Cinnamon pinch
- Water 50 ml
- Raisins 30 g
- Vanilla pod 1 pc
- Mascarpone 200 g
- Milk 4 tbsp
- Cantuccini 100 g
- Christmas liqueur 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
- 3. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Heat 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pot over medium heat.
- 5. Let the sugar melt for about 2 minutes.
- 6. Add the apple pieces and cinnamon to the pot.
- 7. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 8. Deglaze the mixture with 50 milliliters of water.
- 9. Let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes.
- 10. Stir the raisins into the warm apple compote.
- 11. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 12. Scrape the vanilla seeds out of the pod.
- 13. Put mascarpone, milk, vanilla seeds, and 2 tablespoons of sugar into a bowl.
- 14. Whisk the mixture until creamy and smooth.
- 15. Roughly crumble the cantuccini with your hands.
- 16. Distribute the apple compote evenly among the glasses.
- 17. Add 1 tablespoon of the mascarpone cream on top of the compote in each glass.
- 18. Sprinkle the crumbled cantuccini over the cream.
- 19. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of Christmas liqueur over each glass.
- 20. Fill the remaining tablespoon of mascarpone cream into the glasses.
- 21. Finally, sprinkle the dessert with cinnamon.
