🍰 Baked Apple Slices with Cinnamon Star Ice Cream, Caramelized Macadamia Nuts, and Pumpkin Seed Oil

Ingredients
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- lemon juice 1 tbsp.
- honey 1 tbsp.
- cinnamon 1 tsp.
- butter 20 g
- caramelized macadamia nuts with honey 50 g
- cinnamon star ice cream 4 pcs.
- pumpkin seed oil 4 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the apples into slices about 3 centimeters thick.
- 4. Use a small round cookie cutter to remove the core from the center of each apple slice.
- 5. Place the apple slices in a bowl.
- 6. Add lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon.
- 7. Marinate the apples by mixing them well with the ingredients.
- 8. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 9. Place the marinated apple slices on the tray.
- 10. Distribute small cubes of butter over the apple slices.
- 11. Put the apples into the preheated oven.
- 12. Bake the apples for about 12 to 15 minutes.
- 13. Remove the apples when they are soft and lightly browned.
- 14. Let the apple slices cool down completely.
- 15. Roughly chop the caramelized macadamia nuts.
- 16. Set the chopped nuts aside until you are ready to serve.
- 17. Place one apple slice in the center of each dessert plate.
- 18. Place a scoop of cinnamon star ice cream in the center of each apple slice.
- 19. Sprinkle the apples with the chopped macadamia nuts.
- 20. Drizzle the dessert with pumpkin seed oil.
- 21. Serve the dish immediately.
