  1. 1. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
  3. 3. Remove the core of the apples using a corer.
  4. 4. Alternatively, cut off a lid at the stem end and carefully scoop out the core with a teaspoon.
  5. 5. Drizzle the hollowed-out apples with a little lemon juice.
  6. 6. Put the almond kernels into the blender.
  7. 7. Insert the measuring cup and chop the almonds for 5 seconds on speed 6.
  8. 8. Add the diced marzipan, cinnamon, and butter to the blender.
  9. 9. Heat the mixture at 90 degrees Celsius for 4 minutes on speed 2.
  10. 10. Fill the marzipan mixture into the prepared apples.
  11. 11. Rinse the blender thoroughly.
  12. 12. Fill the blender with 1 liter of room-temperature water.
  13. 13. Place the steaming attachment on the blender.
  14. 14. Place the filled apples into the steaming attachment.
  15. 15. Close the steaming attachment.
  16. 16. Steam the apples for 30 minutes on the steam cooking setting.
