  5. 5. Add yeast, milk, and another 50 grams of sugar into the mixing container.
  6. 6. Mix the mixture for 1 minute on speed 2 at 37 degrees Celsius.
  7. 7. Let the mixture rise, covered, for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Meanwhile, grate the peel of an orange.
  9. 9. Squeeze out 4 tablespoons of orange juice.
  10. 10. Set aside the orange juice and the zest.
  11. 11. Add the orange zest, flour, butter, and vanilla sugar to the mixing container.
  12. 12. Knead the ingredients using the dough kneading attachment for 2 minutes.
  13. 13. Push the dough down from the inner wall of the container using a spatula.
  14. 14. If the dough is too sticky, add up to 50 grams of flour.
  15. 15. Knead again for 1 minute with the measuring cup in place.
  16. 16. Take the dough out of the mixing container.
  17. 17. Knead the dough briefly by hand.
  18. 18. Shape the dough into a ball.
