🍰 Baked Apple Dessert in a Glass

Ingredients
- almonds, sliced 4 tbsp
- apples, red 600 g
- brown sugar 50 g
- dark rum 30 ml
- raisins 30 g
- cinnamon pinch
- vanilla sugar 3 tsp
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- quark 40% fat in dry matter 150 g
- mint, fresh 5 g
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan over medium to high heat.
- 2. Toast the sliced almonds in the pan for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
- 4. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 5. Place the apple pieces into the mixing container.
- 6. Chop the apples for 4 seconds on speed 6.
- 7. Push the apple pieces down with a spatula.
- 8. Add 20 grams of cane sugar, rum, raisins, a pinch of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
- 9. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
- 10. Transfer the apple mixture into a bowl.
- 11. Add yogurt, quark (a type of fresh cheese), 30 grams of cane sugar, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar to the cleaned mixing container.
- 12. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds on speed 3.
- 13. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 14. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 15. Layer the quark-yogurt mixture and baked apple compote into 4 glasses.
- 16. Garnish the dessert with the toasted almonds and mint.
- 17. Serve the dessert immediately.
