Ingredients
- Almonds, whole 50 g
- butter 100 g
- Brown sugar 50 g
- Oats, fine 75 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 40 g
- Salt pinch
- Apples, red 3 pcs.
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Raisins 50 g
- Whipping cream 200 g
- Vanilla sugar 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Put the almonds into the mixing container.
- 3. Chop the almonds for 15 seconds on speed 6.
- 4. Remove the chopped almonds from the container and set them aside.
- 5. Add 90 grams of butter, sugar, oat flakes, flour, and salt to the mixing container.
- 6. Knead the ingredients for 15 seconds on speed 5 to form a dough.
- 7. Take the dough out and place it in a bowl to the side.
- 8. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 9. Peel the apples.
- 10. Cut the apples into quarters.
- 11. Core the apple quarters.
- 12. Wash the orange.
- 13. Grate about one teaspoon of the orange peel finely.
- 14. Put the apple quarters into the mixing container.
- 15. Chop the apples for 5 seconds on speed 5.
- 16. Add the remaining butter, orange peel, cinnamon, raisins, and chopped almonds.
- 17. Cook the mixture for 12 minutes on speed 1 in reverse direction at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 18. Spread the apple-nut mixture in a baking dish.
- 19. Take the prepared oat dough.
- 20. Shape the oat mixture into small crumbs using your hands.
- 21. Distribute the crumbs evenly over the apple mixture.
- 22. Bake the crumble for about 30 minutes in the oven.
- 23. Remove the crumble from the oven when it is crispy.
- 24. Put the cream into the cleaned mixing container.
- 25. Attach the whisk accessory.
- 26. Whip the cream until stiff for 1.5 minutes on speed 4.
- 27. Let the vanilla sugar trickle in through the lid opening after 30 seconds.
- 28. Take the finished crumble out of the oven.
- 29. Serve the crumble hot or lukewarm with the whipped cream.
