  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan.
  5. 5. Fry the apple slices in the butter for about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar over the apples.
  7. 7. Caramelize the sugar for another 3 minutes.
  8. 8. Add a cinnamon stick to the pan.
  9. 9. Deglaze the mixture with apple juice.
  10. 10. Let the apple mixture simmer briefly.
  11. 11. Remove the pan from the heat.
  12. 12. Heat a second frying pan over medium heat.
  13. 13. Roast the hazelnuts in the pan for about 2 minutes.
  14. 14. Let the nuts cool down briefly.
  15. 15. Chop the hazelnuts coarsely.
  16. 16. Break the speculoos cookies into coarse pieces.
  17. 17. Crumble the speculoos pieces.
  18. 18. Put soy yogurt into a bowl.
