  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil until the butter is completely melted.
  4. 4. Mix flour and sugar in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Add the flour mixture all at once into the boiling water.
  6. 6. Stir immediately and vigorously until a solid dough ball forms.
  7. 7. Continue stirring the dough over medium heat.
  8. 8. Wait until a white layer forms on the bottom of the pot.
  9. 9. Remove the pot from the stove and transfer the dough into a bowl.
  10. 10. Let the dough cool for ten minutes.
  11. 11. Beat the eggs into the dough one by one.
  12. 12. Stir until the mixture is smooth and shiny.
  13. 13. Fill the dough into a piping bag.
  14. 14. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  15. 15. Pipe small portions of the dough onto the sheet.
  16. 16. Place a bowl of boiling water on the bottom oven rack.
  17. 17. Slide the tray with the dough into the oven.
  18. 18. Bake the parts according to your recipe instructions.
