🍰 Basic Choux Pastry Dough

Ingredients
- milk 250 ml
- butter 50 g
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, type 405 150 g
- eggs 4 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Add milk, butter, and a pinch of salt to the mixing container.
- 2. Heat the mixture for about 5 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
- 3. Add the flour and mix it in for 20 seconds on speed 4.
- 4. Let the dough cool down for 10 minutes.
- 5. Remove the measuring cup from the lid of the mixing container.
- 6. Mix the dough for 45 seconds on speed 5.
- 7. Add the eggs and mix everything well for 30 seconds on speed 5.
- 8. Fill the finished dough into a piping bag.
- 9. Pipe the dough portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 10. Place a bowl of boiling water in the oven.
- 11. Slide the tray with the dough into the oven.
- 12. Bake the dough according to the recipe, but do not open the oven door for the first 10 to 15 minutes.
- 13. Take the baked pieces out of the oven.
- 14. Place them on a cake rack and let them cool down.
