  1. 1. Add milk, butter, and a pinch of salt to the mixing container.
  2. 2. Heat the mixture for about 5 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
  3. 3. Add the flour and mix it in for 20 seconds on speed 4.
  4. 4. Let the dough cool down for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the measuring cup from the lid of the mixing container.
  6. 6. Mix the dough for 45 seconds on speed 5.
  7. 7. Add the eggs and mix everything well for 30 seconds on speed 5.
  8. 8. Fill the finished dough into a piping bag.
  9. 9. Pipe the dough portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  10. 10. Place a bowl of boiling water in the oven.
  11. 11. Slide the tray with the dough into the oven.
  12. 12. Bake the dough according to the recipe, but do not open the oven door for the first 10 to 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Take the baked pieces out of the oven.
  14. 14. Place them on a cake rack and let them cool down.
