  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. 3. Spread the onion rings evenly on the tray.
  4. 4. Bake the onion rings for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Wash the salad thoroughly under cold water.
  6. 6. Spin the salad dry or pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Pour the corn into a sieve and let the water drain off.
  8. 8. Pour the beans into a sieve as well and let them drain.
  9. 9. Wash the coriander under running water.
  10. 10. Shake the coriander dry.
  11. 11. Carefully pick the coriander leaves off the stems.
  12. 12. Cut the lime in half.
  13. 13. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lime.
  14. 14. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
  15. 15. Remove the pit of the avocado.
  16. 16. Carefully loosen the avocado flesh from the skin with a spoon.
  17. 17. Cut the avocado flesh into coarse cubes.
  18. 18. Brush the avocado cubes with a little lime juice using a spoon.
  19. 19. Season the avocado with a pinch of salt.
  20. 20. Take the crispy onion rings out of the oven.
  21. 21. Place the onion rings in the center of the serving bowls.
  22. 22. Distribute the salad, corn, beans, and coriander around the onion rings.
  23. 23. Serve the bowl with a dollop of crème fraîche.
