🍽️ Crispy Onion Ring Bowl

Ingredients
- onion rings 400 g
- salad mix 200 g
- corn from the can 200 g
- kidney beans 200 g
- cilantro, fresh 15 g
- organic limes 1 pc.
- avocado 1 pc.
- salt pinch
- crème fraîche 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Spread the onion rings evenly on the tray.
- 4. Bake the onion rings for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 5. Wash the salad thoroughly under cold water.
- 6. Spin the salad dry or pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Pour the corn into a sieve and let the water drain off.
- 8. Pour the beans into a sieve as well and let them drain.
- 9. Wash the coriander under running water.
- 10. Shake the coriander dry.
- 11. Carefully pick the coriander leaves off the stems.
- 12. Cut the lime in half.
- 13. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lime.
- 14. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
- 15. Remove the pit of the avocado.
- 16. Carefully loosen the avocado flesh from the skin with a spoon.
- 17. Cut the avocado flesh into coarse cubes.
- 18. Brush the avocado cubes with a little lime juice using a spoon.
- 19. Season the avocado with a pinch of salt.
- 20. Take the crispy onion rings out of the oven.
- 21. Place the onion rings in the center of the serving bowls.
- 22. Distribute the salad, corn, beans, and coriander around the onion rings.
- 23. Serve the bowl with a dollop of crème fraîche.
