🍽️ Crispy Minced Meat Börek Rolls

Ingredients
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Beef mince 300 g
- Sweet paprika 0.5 tsp
- Chili, ground 0.25 tsp
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Butter 5 tbsp
- Filo pastry sheets 12 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley and mint under running water.
- 2. Shake off the excess water.
- 3. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 4. Chop the herbs very finely.
- 5. Place the minced meat in a large bowl.
- 6. Add the chopped herbs.
- 7. Sprinkle paprika powder over it.
- 8. Add chili.
- 9. Mix everything well with your hands.
- 10. Halve the onion.
- 11. Peel the onion.
- 12. Dice the onion finely.
- 13. Peel the garlic.
- 14. Chop the garlic finely.
- 15. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
- 16. Fry the minced meat in it for two to three minutes.
- 17. Make sure it becomes crumbly.
- 18. Add the diced onion to the pan.
- 19. Add the chopped garlic.
- 20. Fry everything for another two minutes.
- 21. Season the filling with salt.
- 22. Season the filling with pepper.
- 23. Turn on the oven.
- 24. Set the temperature to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 25. Select the top and bottom heat function.
- 26. Place the butter in a pot.
- 27. Melt the butter on medium heat.
- 28. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 29. Place a phyllo dough sheet in front of you.
- 30. Make sure the narrow tip is facing upwards.
- 31. Brush the sheet with the melted butter.
- 32. Take one to two tablespoons of the meat filling.
- 33. Distribute the filling along the bottom long edge of the sheet.
- 34. Fold the left side of the sheet towards the center.
- 35. Fold the right side of the sheet towards the center.
- 36. Roll the dough tightly.
- 37. Place the börek roll on the tray with some distance between them.
- 38. Repeat this with all the dough sheets.
- 39. Brush the finished börek rolls with butter again.
- 40. Put the tray into the preheated oven.
- 41. Bake the börek for about 15 minutes.
- 42. Take them out when they are golden brown.
