  4. 4. Halve the orange and squeeze out 50 milliliters of juice.
  5. 5. Add the zest and juice to the butter-egg mixture.
  6. 6. Mix the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder.
  7. 7. Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet mixture.
  8. 8. Divide the dough into two equal halves.
  9. 9. Color one half red and the other half yellow.
  10. 10. Place both doughs in the refrigerator, covered, for 30 to 60 minutes.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius using hot air circulation.
  12. 12. Line two baking sheets with non-stick baking paper.
  13. 13. Take alternating portions of red and yellow dough.
  14. 14. Ensure the colors marbleize within the portioner.
  15. 15. Fill the portioner exactly so that the cookies are uniform in size.
  16. 16. Shape the dough into a smooth ball using your hands.
  17. 17. Roll the dough balls in powdered sugar.
  18. 18. Place the balls on the sheets with plenty of space between them.
  19. 19. Press the balls down only very slightly.
  20. 20. Bake the sheets simultaneously for about 15 to 20 minutes.
