  4. 4. Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower.
  5. 5. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly.
  6. 6. Divide the cauliflower into small florets.
  7. 7. Peel the apple.
  8. 8. Halve the apple.
  9. 9. Remove the core from the apple halves.
  10. 10. Dice the apple into small cubes.
  11. 11. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
  12. 12. Sauté the onions for about 2 minutes.
  13. 13. Add the cauliflower florets and apple cubes to the pot.
  14. 14. Sauté the vegetables and apple for another 3 minutes until they look pale.
  15. 15. Deglaze the mixture with the broth.
  16. 16. Let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes.
  17. 17. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  18. 18. Toast the almond flakes without fat for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  19. 19. Wash the parsley and dill.
  20. 20. Shake the herbs dry.

  22. 22. Place the herbs, 4 tablespoons of oil, and 2 tablespoons of the toasted almonds in a tall container.
