  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Bring two liters of salted water to a boil in a pot and cover it.
  3. 3. Wash the cauliflower, cut off the hard stem at the bottom, and divide it into small florets.
  4. 4. Cook the florets (approx. 400 grams) for about five minutes in the boiling salted water.
  5. 5. Drain the cauliflower through a sieve and rinse it briefly with cold water.
  6. 6. Let the cauliflower drain well and allow it to cool down.
  7. 7. Puree the cooled cauliflower together with the eggs and 140 grams of cheese in a food processor or a tall container until smooth.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with pepper and a pinch of salt.
  9. 9. Divide the mixture onto two baking sheets lined with baking paper and shape them into two pizza bases, each approx. 25 centimeters in diameter.
  10. 10. Press the bases down slightly with a spoon.
  11. 11. Bake the bases one after the other in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 15 to 17 minutes until they brown slightly.
  12. 12. Wash the herbs meanwhile and pat them dry.
  13. 13. Pluck the leaves or needles from the herbs.
  14. 14. Set aside half of the basil.
  15. 15. Finely chop the remaining part of the basil together with the rosemary.
  16. 16. Mix the chopped tomatoes with the chopped herbs in a bowl.
  17. 17. Season the tomato mixture with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Grate the remaining cheese finely.
  19. 19. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
  20. 20. Drain the olives and slice them into rings.
  21. 21. Cut the ham into strips.
  22. 22. Spread the tomato sauce over the pre-baked pizza bases.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over it.
  24. 24. Top the pizzas with ham, tomato slices, and olives.
  25. 25. Bake the pizzas one after the other in the hot oven at the same temperature for about 10 minutes.
  26. 26. Cut the finished pizza into pieces.
  27. 27. Garnish the pizza with the remaining basil and serve it.
