  2. 2. Gradually mix the flour with beer until a smooth batter forms.

  4. 4. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly.
  5. 5. Remove the leaves and the stem.
  6. 6. Break the cauliflower head into small florets.
  7. 7. Slice the florets crosswise into pieces about 4 millimeters thick.
  8. 8. Place the remaining flour on a plate.
  9. 9. Season the flour on the plate with salt.
  10. 10. Heat about 1 to 2 centimeters of oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
  11. 11. Set aside about five cauliflower slices.
  12. 12. Coat the slices first in the seasoned flour.
  13. 13. Then dip the floured slices into the batter.
  14. 14. Let the excess batter drip off for a moment.
  15. 15. Add the slices to the hot oil.
