🍕 Cauliflower Pizza with Ham and Arugula

Ingredients
- Cauliflower 1 pc
- Emmental cheese in a block 300 g
- Eggs 2 pc
- Arugula 80 g
- Olives, black 60 g
- Mushrooms, white 100 g
- Onions, red 1 pc
- Tomatoes, chopped 200 g
- Oregano, dried 0.5 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Black Forest Ham 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Remove the tough stem and leaves from the cauliflower.
- 3. Break the cauliflower into small florets.
- 4. Cut the Emmental cheese into small pieces.
- 5. Put 100 grams of the Emmental into the mixing bowl.
- 6. Grind the cheese for 8 seconds on speed 8.
- 7. Remove the ground cheese from the bowl and set it aside.
- 8. Put the cauliflower, the remaining Emmental, and the eggs into the mixing container.
- 9. Grind the mixture for 20 seconds on speed 5.
- 10. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- 11. Spread the cauliflower dough evenly onto the baking sheets.
- 12. Pre-bake the pizza bases in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 13. Clean the mixing bowl thoroughly.
- 14. Wash the arugula under cold water.
- 15. Let the olives drain well in a sieve.
- 16. Cut the olives into thin rings.
- 17. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel.
- 18. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
- 19. Halve the onion and remove the skin.
- 20. Put the onion pieces into the clean mixing container.
- 21. Grind the onion for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 22. Push down the onion pieces with a spatula.
- 23. Add the chopped tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 24. Mix the sauce for 10 seconds on speed 2.
- 25. Spread the tomato sauce over the pre-baked pizza bases.
- 26. Distribute the olives and mushrooms over the sauce.
- 27. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the top.
- 28. Bake the pizzas for about 5 minutes in the oven.
- 29. Carefully remove the pizzas from the oven.
- 30. Top the pizzas with ham and fresh arugula.
- 31. Serve the pizza immediately and enjoy.
