  2. 2. Remove the tough stem and leaves from the cauliflower.
  3. 3. Break the cauliflower into small florets.
  4. 4. Cut the Emmental cheese into small pieces.
  5. 5. Put 100 grams of the Emmental into the mixing bowl.
  6. 6. Grind the cheese for 8 seconds on speed 8.
  7. 7. Remove the ground cheese from the bowl and set it aside.
  8. 8. Put the cauliflower, the remaining Emmental, and the eggs into the mixing container.
  9. 9. Grind the mixture for 20 seconds on speed 5.
  10. 10. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
  11. 11. Spread the cauliflower dough evenly onto the baking sheets.
  12. 12. Pre-bake the pizza bases in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Clean the mixing bowl thoroughly.
  14. 14. Wash the arugula under cold water.
  15. 15. Let the olives drain well in a sieve.

  27. 27. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the top.
  28. 28. Bake the pizzas for about 5 minutes in the oven.

  30. 30. Top the pizzas with ham and fresh arugula.
