  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Rinse the cauliflower thoroughly.
  3. 3. Remove the outer leaves and break the head into small florets.
  4. 4. Place the cauliflower florets and almond drink into a tall container.
  5. 5. Blend the mixture until very smooth using a hand blender or food processor.
  6. 6. Fill a pot with some water and bring it to a boil.
  7. 7. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
  8. 8. Place a bowl over the pot with the hot water.
  9. 9. Add the chocolate pieces and olive oil to the bowl.
  10. 10. Melt the ingredients while stirring occasionally in the water bath.
  11. 11. Remove the bowl from the pot once the chocolate is liquid.
  12. 12. Stir the prepared cauliflower puree into the chocolate mixture.
  13. 13. Add the eggs and honey.
  14. 14. Mix everything well together.
  15. 15. Fold the ground almonds into the mixture.
  16. 16. Mix the baking powder briefly with the remaining mixture.
  17. 17. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
  18. 18. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
  19. 19. Bake the brownies in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  20. 20. Let the brownies cool down slightly afterwards.
  21. 21. Serve the brownies lukewarm or cold.
