🍰 Fluffy Cauliflower Brownies

Ingredients
- cauliflower 1 pc
- almond drink 100 ml
- chocolate, dark 200 g
- olive oil 60 ml
- eggs 2 pc
- honey 2 tbsp
- almonds, ground 200 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Rinse the cauliflower thoroughly.
- 3. Remove the outer leaves and break the head into small florets.
- 4. Place the cauliflower florets and almond drink into a tall container.
- 5. Blend the mixture until very smooth using a hand blender or food processor.
- 6. Fill a pot with some water and bring it to a boil.
- 7. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
- 8. Place a bowl over the pot with the hot water.
- 9. Add the chocolate pieces and olive oil to the bowl.
- 10. Melt the ingredients while stirring occasionally in the water bath.
- 11. Remove the bowl from the pot once the chocolate is liquid.
- 12. Stir the prepared cauliflower puree into the chocolate mixture.
- 13. Add the eggs and honey.
- 14. Mix everything well together.
- 15. Fold the ground almonds into the mixture.
- 16. Mix the baking powder briefly with the remaining mixture.
- 17. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
- 18. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
- 19. Bake the brownies in the oven for about 45 minutes.
- 20. Let the brownies cool down slightly afterwards.
- 21. Serve the brownies lukewarm or cold.
