  3. 3. Mix the sugar with a pinch of salt, the flour, and the baking powder in a bowl.
  4. 4. Whisk the eggs with the sunflower oil, the buttermilk, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients.
  6. 6. Stir everything until a smooth batter forms.
  7. 7. Fill the muffin liners with the batter using a large spoon or portion scoop.
  8. 8. Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  9. 9. Take the cupcakes out of the oven and remove them from the tin.
  10. 10. Let the cupcakes cool down completely.
