🥤 Fresh Blueberry Sparkling Wine

Ingredients
- Organic limes 0.5 pc
- Blueberries, fresh 50 g
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Mint, fresh 5 g
- Sekt, dry 150 ml
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the lime under running water.
- 2. Cut the lime in half.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of both lime halves.
- 4. Rinse the blueberries.
- 5. Place the blueberries, lime juice, and sugar into a bowl.
- 6. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 7. Cover the bowl.
- 8. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 9. Rinse the mint under running water.
- 10. Carefully separate four nice mint leaves from the stems.
- 11. Take the marinated blueberries out of the refrigerator.
- 12. Place the blueberries into a drinking glass.
- 13. Fill the glass with chilled sparkling wine.
- 14. Garnish the drink with the prepared mint leaves.
