Ingredients
- Blue cheese 175 g
- Yogurt, plain 100 g
- Milk 30 ml
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Chives, fresh 5 g
Instructions
- 1. Take the blue cheese and crumble it into coarse pieces using your hands.
- 2. Place the cheese pieces into a clean bowl.
- 3. Add the yogurt and milk to the bowl.
- 4. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until it is smooth and creamy.
- 5. Season the dip with salt and pepper to your taste.
- 6. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- 7. Wash the chives under running water.
- 8. Shake the chives dry.
- 9. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 10. Sprinkle the finished dip with the chive rings.
- 11. Serve the dip together with crackers.
