Ingredients
- pickles 4 pcs.
- tomatoes, dried 20 g
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- cream cheese, plain 4 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- salt pinch
- vine tomatoes 1 pcs.
- mini romaine 0.25 pcs.
- bacon 100 g
- toast bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Place the pickles and the dried tomatoes in a sieve to drain. Then dice them finely and mix well in a bowl with mayonnaise and cream cheese. Season with pepper and a pinch of salt.
- 2. Wash the tomato thoroughly, remove the stem base and slice thinly. Wash the salad, dry thoroughly and tear into pieces. Heat a pan over medium to high heat and fry the bacon there for about 4–5 minutes until crispy.
- 3. Lightly toast the toast bread and spread with the mayonnaise cream. Place tomatoes and salad on half of the toast slices and distribute the crispy bacon strips on top. Place the remaining toast slices on top and serve the BLT sandwich immediately. Enjoy your meal!
