🍰 Blueberry-Lime Jam

Ingredients
- Organic limes 3 pcs
- Blueberries, fresh 1 kg
- Jam sugar 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the limes thoroughly, zest about 1 tsp from each, then cut them in half and squeeze out the juice. Clean the blueberries as well. Combine everything with the gelling sugar in a pot and bring to a boil while stirring. Let it simmer lightly for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 2. To test the gelling ability, place 1 tsp of the jam on a cold plate. If the jam firms up after about 1 minute, you can proceed. If not, extend the cooking time by 1-2 minutes and repeat the gelling test.
- 3. Gently skim off any foam with a spoon. Pour the hot blueberry-lime jam into clean jars. Seal the jars and let them cool upside down. Enjoy!
