Ingredients
- blueberries, fresh 250 g
- bananas 3 pcs.
- mint, fresh 10 g
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- milk 600 ml
- honey 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. Wash the mint, dry it, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 2. In a tall container, puree the fruits together with the mint, yogurt, and milk until smooth. Sweeten with honey to taste and serve.
