Ingredients
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Basil, fresh 30 g
- Olive oil 6 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Ciabatta bread 1 pc.
- Balsamic vinegar, dark 2 tbsp
- Sugar pinch
- Salad mix 200 g
- Olives, green 100 g
- Serrano ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the basil, shake it dry, remove the thick stems, and puree it in a tall container together with the garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Slice the ciabatta and brush them with half of the basil oil. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast them in the oven for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Mix the remaining basil oil in a bowl with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar to create a dressing.
- 4. Wash the salad and let it drain. Also let the olives drain. Tear the ham roughly and mix everything in a bowl with the dressing. Serve the salad together with the basil bread. Enjoy your meal!
