🍽️ Leaf Salad with Mortadella and Pomegranate Dressing

Ingredients
- salad mix 400 g
- pomegranate 1 pc.
- mortadella sliced meat 150 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- honey 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sunflower oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad thoroughly and dry it in the salad spinner. Halve the pomegranate and squeeze the juice from one half. Remove the seeds from the other half and remove the white membranes. Cut the mortadella in half in the middle.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the pomegranate juice well with mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Stir in the oil vigorously. Arrange the leaf salad together with the mortadella on plates, pour the dressing over it and garnish with the pomegranate seeds. Enjoy your meal!
