🍰 Crispy Vanilla Tarts with Puff Pastry

Ingredients
- milk 500 ml
- sugar 4 tbsp
- vanilla pudding powder 37 g
- puff pastry 1 piece
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Add 6 tablespoons of milk, sugar, and vanilla pudding powder to a bowl.
- 3. Whisk the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly until combined.
- 4. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan until it boils.
- 5. Stir the prepared pudding mixture into the boiling milk.
- 6. Cook the mixture while stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
- 7. Reduce the heat and let the pudding simmer for about 4 minutes.
- 8. Wait until the pudding reaches a thick consistency.
- 9. Roll out the puff pastry flat.
- 10. Cut out 12 circles from the dough.
- 11. Grease a muffin tin.
- 12. Place the puff pastry circles into the indentations of the tin.
- 13. Fill the indentations with the vanilla pudding.
- 14. Place the tin into the preheated oven.
- 15. Bake the tarts for about 12 minutes.
- 16. Remove the tarts from the oven.
- 17. Dust the tarts with powdered sugar.
- 18. Serve the tarts and enjoy them.
