🍽️ Puff Pastry Jerseys

Ingredients
- puff pastry 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 100 g
- olives, black 4 pc.
- corn from the can 5 tbsp
- eggs 1 pc.
- parmesan, grated 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Cut a jersey shape out of cardboard. It should be about five centimeters large.
- 3. Roll out the puff pastry flat.
- 4. Place the cardboard template on the dough and cut out the jersey shapes.
- 5. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- 6. Dice the cherry tomatoes finely.
- 7. Drain the olives.
- 8. Chop the olives finely.
- 9. Drain the corn in a sieve.
- 10. Chop the corn coarsely.
- 11. Crack an egg into a bowl.
- 12. Whisk the egg well.
- 13. Brush the puff pastry jerseys with the whisked egg.
- 14. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the egg-brushed pastry areas.
- 15. Top the jerseys with the chopped olives, tomatoes, and corn as you like.
- 16. Bake the puff pastry jerseys in the oven for about 12 minutes.
- 17. Let the finished jerseys cool down.
- 18. Serve the jerseys lukewarm or cold.
