🍽️ Puff Pastry Tartlets with Serrano Ham

Ingredients
- onions, red 2 pcs
- crème fraîche 300 g
- mustard 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- puff pastry 2 pcs
- thyme, stripped 1 tsp
- arugula 50 g
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- Serrano ham 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 240 °C (top/bottom heat). Halve the onions and cut them into strips. In a bowl, mix crème fraîche with mustard, salt, and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it lengthwise once and crosswise three times to create 8 squares.
- 2. Spread the crème fraîche on the puff pastry pieces. Top with onions and sprinkle with thyme. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Meanwhile, wash the arugula and spin it dry. Combine it in a bowl with olive oil.
- 4. Remove the puff pastry tartlets from the oven and top with Serrano ham and arugula.
