🍰 Crispy Puff Pastry Feet with Jam

Ingredients
- Egg 1 pc.
- Puff pastry 1 pc.
- Raspberry jam 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cardboard into small foot shapes and use them as a template.
- 2. Whisk one egg in a small bowl.
- 3. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface and lightly roll out the puff pastry.
- 4. Place the cardboard template on the dough and cut out 16 small feet.
- 5. Brush half of the pastry feet thinly with raspberry jam.
- 6. Place an unbrushed foot on top of each brushed one to create a double-sock shape.
- 7. Brush the top side of the assembled feet with the whisked egg.
- 8. Place the feet on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 9. Bake the feet in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- 10. Remove the feet from the oven and serve them immediately.
