  1. 1. Cut the cardboard into small foot shapes and use them as a template.
  2. 2. Whisk one egg in a small bowl.
  3. 3. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface and lightly roll out the puff pastry.
  4. 4. Place the cardboard template on the dough and cut out 16 small feet.
  5. 5. Brush half of the pastry feet thinly with raspberry jam.
  6. 6. Place an unbrushed foot on top of each brushed one to create a double-sock shape.
  7. 7. Brush the top side of the assembled feet with the whisked egg.
  8. 8. Place the feet on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  9. 9. Bake the feet in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  10. 10. Remove the feet from the oven and serve them immediately.
