🍽️ Crispy Puff Pastry Tart with Ham and Arugula

Ingredients
- onions, red 1 pc.
- crème fraîche 300 g
- sweet mustard 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- puff pastry 2 pcs.
- arugula 70 g
- ham 150 g
- mozzarella 2 pcs.
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar, dark 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Cut the onion in half and peel it.
- 3. Slice the onion into thin strips.
- 4. Mix crème fraîche, sweet mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 5. Roll out the puff pastry along with the baking paper.
- 6. Place the pastry on a baking sheet.
- 7. Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the pastry.
- 8. Sprinkle the onion strips over the pastry.
- 9. Bake the tart in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 10. Remove the tart from the oven when it is golden brown.
- 11. Wash the arugula thoroughly and let it drain well.
- 12. Tear the ham into rough pieces.
- 13. Tear the mozzarella into rough pieces.
- 14. Distribute the mozzarella evenly over the hot pastry.
- 15. Top the tart with the ham and arugula as desired.
- 16. Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the finished tart.
- 17. Serve the tart immediately and enjoy your meal.
