  2. 2. Attach the mixing hook to your mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add the eggs, regular sugar, and vanilla sugar to the bowl.
  4. 4. Mix the ingredients at speed level 3 and 37 degrees Celsius for five minutes.
  5. 5. Then beat the mixture at speed level 4 for another five minutes.
  6. 6. Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  7. 7. Gently fold in the dry ingredients at speed level 3 for 20 seconds.
  8. 8. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan with a diameter of 28 centimeters or onto a baking sheet.
  9. 9. Bake the sponge cake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
