🍽️ Crispy Pear Tart with Nuts

Ingredients
- puff pastry 1 pc.
- pears 4 pcs.
- sugar 100 g
- margarine, vegan 50 g
- vegan cheese alternative 150 g
- walnut kernels 30 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- 2. Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator.
- 3. Grease the tart pan with some fat.
- 4. Wash the pears thoroughly.
- 5. Halve the pears and remove the core.
- 6. Slice the pears into pieces about 5 millimeters thick.
- 7. Melt the sugar in a pan over medium heat.
- 8. Let the sugar caramelize slightly.
- 9. Remove the pan from the heat source.
- 10. Stir the margarine into the caramel immediately.
- 11. Toss the pear slices in the pan to coat them with the mixture.
- 12. Arrange the pear slices in a circle in the prepared tart pan.
- 13. Place the puff pastry over the pears.
- 14. Prick the dough in a few places with a fork.
- 15. Bake the tart for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- 16. Take the tart out of the oven when the puff pastry is lightly browned.
- 17. Place a large plate over the pan.
- 18. Invert the tart onto the plate.
- 19. Cut the Genießer block into coarse cubes.
- 20. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
- 21. Distribute the Genießer cubes and walnuts over the pears.
- 22. Bake the tart for another 5 minutes.
- 23. Take the finished tart out of the oven.
- 24. Season the tart with salt and pepper.
- 25. Serve the tart and enjoy your meal!
