🥗 Pear-Celery Salad

Ingredients
- celery stalks 0.5 pcs
- pears 2 pcs
- iceberg lettuce 0.5 pcs
- walnut kernels 6 tbsp
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- sour cream 4 tbsp
- light balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the celery and slice it diagonally into thin pieces. Peel the pears, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and dice them finely. Rinse the iceberg lettuce, shake off excess water, and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- 2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with sour cream, vinegar, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Combine everything with the dressing and serve the pear-celery salad.
