🍳 Pear-Raspberry Muesli with Walnuts

Ingredients
- Walnut kernels 4 tbsp
- Oat flakes, coarse 8 tbsp
- Pears 2 pcs.
- Raspberries, fresh 200 g
- Yogurt, plain 600 g
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Raisins 40 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a pan over medium heat and toast the walnuts in it without fat for about 2 minutes. Then remove the walnuts and toast the oat flakes in the same pan over low heat for approx. 1 minute until they become aromatic.
- 2. Wash the pears thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core and cut into cubes. Also rinse the raspberries well. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- 3. Mix the yogurt in a bowl with the honey. In another dish, arrange the yogurt together with the raisins, pears and raspberries. Serve decorated with the walnuts and oat flakes. Enjoy your meal!
