  1. 1. Preheat a pan over medium heat and toast the walnuts in it without fat for about 2 minutes. Then remove the walnuts and toast the oat flakes in the same pan over low heat for approx. 1 minute until they become aromatic.
  2. 2. Wash the pears thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core and cut into cubes. Also rinse the raspberries well. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
  3. 3. Mix the yogurt in a bowl with the honey. In another dish, arrange the yogurt together with the raisins, pears and raspberries. Serve decorated with the walnuts and oat flakes. Enjoy your meal!
