  1. 1. Press the garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife to loosen the skin.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic and chop the cloves very finely.
  3. 3. Add the brown sugar, pepper, paprika powder, chopped garlic, and beer to a bowl.
  4. 4. Stir the ingredients in the bowl well until a uniform marinade forms.
  5. 5. Rinse the chicken wings under running water.
  6. 6. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Place the chicken wings into the beer marinade.
  8. 8. Let the wings marinate in the mixture for about 1 hour.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with fan (convection).
  10. 10. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  11. 11. Take the chicken wings out of the marinade and place them individually on the prepared tray.
  12. 12. Place the baking tray into the preheated oven.
  13. 13. Bake the wings for a total of about 45 minutes.
  14. 14. Take the tray out of the oven after 20 minutes of baking time.
  15. 15. Brush the wings with the remaining marinade from the bowl.
  16. 16. Put the tray back into the oven for the remaining baking time.
  17. 17. Take the finished beer wings out of the oven.
  18. 18. Serve the wings immediately while still hot.
