🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wings with Beer Marinade

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- brown sugar 5 tbsp.
- pepper, black ground 1 tsp.
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp.
- beer 330 ml
- chicken wings 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Press the garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife to loosen the skin.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop the cloves very finely.
- 3. Add the brown sugar, pepper, paprika powder, chopped garlic, and beer to a bowl.
- 4. Stir the ingredients in the bowl well until a uniform marinade forms.
- 5. Rinse the chicken wings under running water.
- 6. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Place the chicken wings into the beer marinade.
- 8. Let the wings marinate in the mixture for about 1 hour.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with fan (convection).
- 10. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 11. Take the chicken wings out of the marinade and place them individually on the prepared tray.
- 12. Place the baking tray into the preheated oven.
- 13. Bake the wings for a total of about 45 minutes.
- 14. Take the tray out of the oven after 20 minutes of baking time.
- 15. Brush the wings with the remaining marinade from the bowl.
- 16. Put the tray back into the oven for the remaining baking time.
- 17. Take the finished beer wings out of the oven.
- 18. Serve the wings immediately while still hot.
