🥤 Homemade Beer Liqueur

Ingredients
- Brown sugar 50 g
- Sugar 50 g
- Vanilla pod 1 pc.
- Honey 50 g
- Beer 500 ml
- Water 200 ml
- Dark rum 300 ml
Instructions
- 1. Put brown sugar, regular sugar, and the vanilla pod into the mixing container.
- 2. Pulverize the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 10.
- 3. Add honey, beer, and water to the mixture.
- 4. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes on speed 1 and 90 degrees Celsius without placing the measuring cup on top.
- 5. Add rum and mix it for 20 seconds on speed 2.
- 6. Strain the liqueur through a fine sieve into two bottles with a capacity of 500 milliliters each.
- 7. Let the liqueur cool down.
- 8. Serve the liqueur and cheers!
