🥤 Fruity Bellini Cocktail

Ingredients
- Peaches 720 g
- Lemon juice 5 ml
- Maple syrup 10 ml
- Prosecco 750 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut a small cross into the skin on the bottom of each peach.
- 3. Place the peaches in a bowl and pour boiling water over them.
- 4. Let the peaches sit in the hot water for 30 to 60 seconds.
- 5. Drain the hot water.
- 6. Immediately pour cold water over the peaches to stop the cooking process.
- 7. Peel the skin off the peaches.
- 8. Cut the peeled peaches into quarters.
- 9. Remove the pits from the peach quarters.
- 10. Add the fruit flesh, lemon juice, and maple syrup to the mixing container.
- 11. Insert the measuring cup into the mixing container.
- 12. Puree the mixture using the puree function for 30 seconds.
- 13. Divide the puree evenly among six champagne flutes.
- 14. Fill the glasses with Prosecco.
- 15. Stir the drinks gently.
- 16. Serve the cocktails immediately.
