Ingredients
- peaches from the can 100 g
- organic limes 1 pcs
- Prosecco 150 ml
Instructions
- 1. Place the peaches in a sieve and let them drain. Cut half of them into four pieces and set aside for decoration. Halve a lime and squeeze out the juice. In a tall container, puree the peaches with the lime juice and chill.
- 2. Fill a champagne flute with the peach puree and carefully top up with well-chilled Prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with the peach pieces. Cheers!
