🍳 Topped Bread with Fried Egg and Avocado

Ingredients
- oil 1 tbsp
- eggs 4 pcs
- lemons 1 pcs
- avocado 1 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over low to medium heat and fry the eggs for about 5–6 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 2. Mash the avocado flesh in a bowl using a fork. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread the avocado mixture on the bread slices, top with the fried egg, and serve.
