Ingredients
- lemon 1 pc.
- avocado 2 pc.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rye bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon. Peel the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the skin. In a bowl, mash the flesh with lemon juice, salt, and pepper using a fork until creamy.
- 2. Distribute the prepared avocado cream onto the rye bread. Arrange the bread on plates and serve. Enjoy your meal!
