🍳 Open Sandwiches with Ham, Sliced Cheese and Tomato

Ingredients
- vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- dill, fresh 10 g
- rye bread 8 slices
- butter 20 g
- crust ham slices 8 slices
- Gouda slices 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes under running water.
- 2. Remove the tough stems from the tomatoes.
- 3. Slice the tomatoes into even rounds.
- 4. Rinse the dill under cold water.
- 5. Pat the dill dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Pluck the fine green tips from the dill stems.
- 7. Spread the bread slices evenly with butter.
- 8. Place a slice of ham on each piece of bread.
- 9. Arrange the slices of cheese on top of the ham.
- 10. Place the tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- 11. Sprinkle the prepared dill tips over the sandwiches.
- 12. Serve the open sandwiches immediately.
