  2. 2. Cut the onions in half, peel and dice finely. Wash the chives thoroughly, pat dry and chop finely. Mix both in a bowl.
  3. 3. Spread the bread slices with some of the mustard cream, then top with crust roast and sprinkle the onion-chive mix on top. Enjoy your meal!
