🍳 Topped Bread with Crackling Meat

Ingredients
- pickles 2 pcs.
- mustard 2 tsp
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- sour cream 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- onions, red 1 pcs.
- chives, fresh 20 g
- sunflower seed bread 4 slices
- crust ham slices 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Chop the pickles finely and mix in a bowl with mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Cut the onions in half, peel and dice finely. Wash the chives thoroughly, pat dry and chop finely. Mix both in a bowl.
- 3. Spread the bread slices with some of the mustard cream, then top with crust roast and sprinkle the onion-chive mix on top. Enjoy your meal!
