Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- dill, fresh 15 g
- rye bread 4 slices
- cream cheese, plain 80 g
- smoked salmon 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly under hot water, halve it, and cut it into eight wedges. Rinse the dill, pat it dry well, and pick off the fine tips.
- 2. Spread the breads with cream cheese and place a slice of salmon on each. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, sprinkle the dill over the top, and arrange on plates. Serve the lemon wedges separately. Enjoy your meal!
