🍳 Topped Bread with Egg and Radishes

Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Chives, fresh 20 g
- Radishes 100 g
- Rye bread 4 slices
- Cream cheese, plain 80 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring about 2 liters of water to a boil. Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes until hard. Then, cool them in cold water, peel, and slice them thinly crosswise.
- 2. Meanwhile, wash the chives, pat them dry, and slice them into fine rings. Clean the radishes, remove the root and stem, and slice them thinly.
- 3. Spread the bread evenly with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper. Top with radish slices and egg, and garnish with chives.
