🍰 Berry Skewers with Mint Quark

Ingredients
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- strawberries 100 g
- raspberries, fresh 100 g
- mint, fresh 25 g
- quark 20% fat in total 300 g
- sour cream 100 g
- powdered sugar 30 g
- vanilla sugar 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries thoroughly. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half. Rinse the mint, dry it, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Alternate threading the berries and some mint leaves onto wooden skewers.
- 2. Finely chop the remaining mint leaves. In a bowl, mix quark, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until well combined. Serve the berry skewers in a glass alongside the mint quark.
