🍰 Berry Quark with Crunchy Flakes

Ingredients
- Raspberry jam 150 g
- Berry mix, frozen 150 g
- Quark 40 % fat in total 400 g
- crème fraîche 200 g
- Icing sugar 40 g
- Rolled oats, coarse 5 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat raspberry jam together with frozen berries in a pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries are thawed. Then let it cool down a bit.
- 2. Mix quark, crème fraîche, and icing sugar well in a bowl. Place a pan over medium heat and toast the rolled oats without fat for about 3–4 minutes.
- 3. Distribute the quark cream and the berries among four small bowls. Immediately sprinkle with the toasted rolled oats and serve. Enjoy your meal!
