🥤 Berry Liqueur (Unicorn Pipi)

Ingredients
- mixed berries, frozen 750 g
- sugar 150 g
- vanilla pod 1 pc.
- doppelkorn 300 ml
Instructions
- 1. Let the frozen berries thaw.
- 2. Add the thawed berries including their liquid, 150 milliliters of water, and 100 grams of sugar to the mixing container.
- 3. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 4. Scrape out the seeds (pulp) from the pod.
- 5. Add the vanilla seeds and the empty pod to the mixing container.
- 6. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes at speed 1 and 100 degrees Celsius with the measuring cup in place.
- 7. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove solid parts.
- 8. Pour the strained berry juice back into the mixing container.
- 9. Add the remaining sugar and the double corn (a strong, double-distilled grain spirit).
- 10. Simmer the mixture again for 2 minutes at speed 1 and 100 degrees Celsius with the measuring cup in place.
- 11. Bottle the liqueur into two sterile, sealable bottles (each with a capacity of 500 milliliters).
