🥤 Homemade Berry Liqueur

Ingredients
- strawberries 200 g
- raspberries, fresh 200 g
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- water 300 ml
- sugar 100 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- dark rum 300 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly and remove all leaves.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Add the berries, water, sugar, vanilla sugar, and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice to the mixing container.
- 4. Heat the mixture for 15 minutes at level 2 and 95 degrees Celsius.
- 5. Add the rum.
- 6. Puree everything for 10 seconds at level 8.
- 7. Strain the liqueur through a sieve into two bottles with a capacity of 500 milliliters each.
- 8. Seal the bottles and let the liqueur cool down.
