  1. 1. Wash the berries thoroughly and remove all leaves.
  2. 2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  3. 3. Add the berries, water, sugar, vanilla sugar, and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice to the mixing container.
  4. 4. Heat the mixture for 15 minutes at level 2 and 95 degrees Celsius.
  5. 5. Add the rum.
  6. 6. Puree everything for 10 seconds at level 8.
  7. 7. Strain the liqueur through a sieve into two bottles with a capacity of 500 milliliters each.
  8. 8. Seal the bottles and let the liqueur cool down.
